When does a new purchase begin?

The choice is yours. Once your payment has successfully processed, you will receive an email with a link to login with an activation code. To start your subscription, you simply enter your activation code as directed on your email instructions and get started. You can also delay the start of your subscription by not entering in your activation code until you are ready.

How do I activate my subscription to access NCLEX Expert Academy materials?

Once you have subscribed to a plan, you will receive a login link with an activation code. You will enter the activation code after you have logged into the website from the login section on the top of the webpage. At the top of the login page there is a text field where you will enter in the activation code then click Activate.

How can I extend my subscription?

You may extend your subscription by purchasing another subscription at any time.

Why can't I see the subscription I purchased once I have logged in?

If you have not activated your subscription, you will use the activation code that was sent to your registered email. You will first log into the website, once you are logged in, there is a text field at the top of the page where you will place your activation code in the Activation Code field at the top of the webpage and click Activate to begin using your subscription. If you have activated it and you are still not able to access our products, please contact our support team at support@nclexexperts.com.

I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

Click on the Login link at the top right hand side of our webpage. There you will enter the email address you registered for your subscription. You will then click on the link that says Forgot Password. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

Please note: If you do not remember the email that you used at the time you signed up or if you lost access to the email address, please email support@nclexexperts.com for further assistance.

How can I change my account profile and password?

Your username is the email address you used when you registered with us. If at any time you need to change your username/email address, please email support@nclexexperts.com.

To change your password, login to your account and click on Change Password. There you will enter your old or temporary password and be given a text field to enter a new password and a second one to confirm. Click Update to save your new password.

PURCHASE AND REFUNDS

How do I purchase a subscription for NCLEX ExpertAcademy?

There are two options:

For a free subscription: Click the Subscribe for Free button. After you follow the prompts to sign up, you will receive an email with a login link and activation code to access our products.

For a paid subscription: Click the Pricing tab at the top of the page, choose which subscription plan is best for you. Once you have completed the payment form, you will receive an email with confirmation of payment and be given a sign up or login link and activation code to access our products.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

If you have purchased a subscription plan that is greater than 30 days, you may be entitled to a refund. The amount refunded is calculated on a pro-rated basis. This means that your refund amount will be calculated based on how many days into your subscription you have accessed since your start date or how many Expertbank questions you accessed, whichever is greater will determine your refund.

If you have used PayPal as your form of payment, refunds must be requested within 180 days from your purchase date, not your accessed date. Refunds requested after the 180 day period will not be honored.

If you have used a credit card as your form of payment, you have up to 360 days from your purchase date, not your accessed date to request a refund.

Example #1: Joy purchased a 3 month subscription plan and used 20% of the available questions in 75 days. After 75 days she requests a refund. Since the elapsed time is greater than the percentage of questions used, the refund amount is 15% of the subscription plan.

Example #2: Joy purchased a 3 month subscription and used 85% of her questions in 30 days. She requests a refund at the 30 day mark. Since the number of questions accessed is greater than the number of days used on the subscription plan, 15% of the subscription fee will be refunded.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription purchase?

You may add on to your current plan at any time. If you originally purchased a 3 month subscription and want 3 months more, simply go back to the pricing page and submit the payment form again for the 3 month plan. You will then have a total of 6 month subscription.

Can I get a free trial?

Anyone is entitled a free subscription but they will need to sign up.

Is the information that I provide secure?

Your personal information and your credit card information protected through our secure payment form page and encryption system. Payment information is sent via a 256-bit encrypted SSL connection to the payment gateway. None of your payment information is ever stored with our system.

SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION AND RENEWAL

I want to reset my Expertbank test history so I can start all over again, is this possible?

After you have completed the exam, resetting the history is not possible but you can still continue reanswering the questions as many times as you would like.

Can I save my subscription content to my hard disk or print the material?

It is strictly prohibited to copy, print, save, or screen capture our products. By subscribing to NCLEX Expert Academy, you will have agreed to our Terms and Conditions which forbid any copying, printing, saving, or screen capture of our materials. Attempts to do so is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and is considered copyright infringement. We monitor all user activity and attempts to violate our agreement can lead to account suspension, termination without refund, and/or legal action.

PURCHASE AND REFUNDS

What are the system/device/network requirements?

NCLEX Expert Academy products are compatible with the most recent Windows and Macintosh IOS systems. At this time NCLEX Expert Academy products are not supported with mobile smartphone devices.

Can I access my subscriptions on a mobile device?

At this time NCLEX ExpertAcademy does not support mobile devices.

Why are images/media in questions not loading?

Our products operate optimally with high-speed internet connection at all times. If you experience difficulty viewing our content, the most common reason is loss of internet connection while the material is downloading. You will be able to recognize this as you move from one module to another or from one test question to another and are unable to see images or full content.

Our Expertbank questions require a stable internet connection in order to take advantage of our adaptive algorithm.

If you experience difficulty with a wireless or dial-up internet connection, you can troubleshoot by disabling the wireless connection and using a wired connection.

If you rely on dial-up access, you may encounter lengthy download times and inability to view images and/or media.
